What is a snoball?
A "snoball" is a New Orleans confection made with finely shaved ice and flavored cane syrup.
We mix our regular syrups using premium 100% pure cane sugar (no high fructose corn syrup).
We have over 50 delicious flavors including regular, sugar free, clear (no color added), and sours.
We make our ice with filtered water and shave it to create a light, fluffy snow that melts in your mouth.
Tribute to Dave Pellegrin
After serving our community for 11 years, Mr. Dave Pellegrin retired from Tchoupitoulas Street Snoballs at the end of the 2023 season.
At 84 years young, Mr. Dave sold his snoball business which is now known as Frosty Pawz. He plans to occasionally stop by to visit and see his former customers.
We look forward to continuing his legacy and providing the same quality of shaved ice flavored snoballs you have come to expect.
